Residents of Avenel enjoy a multitude of services all designed towards providing our residents with time to enjoy the natural beauty and serenity of our one of a kind community.

Avenel maintains a full on-site management team to serve our residents with a myriad of association services. In addition to maintaining the community’s common areas, experienced staff provide modification application assistance, address covenants issues, provide horticultural advice, support for committees, advocacy on greater community issues, contractor referral services and much more.

In addition to the administrative site, a dedicated team of surveillance officers are on site during all times that the administrative office is closed, including weekends and holidays.  This team patrols the community, responds to resident calls, and will even give you a call in the evening if your garage door is left ajar.   Surveillance team members accept out of town notifications from residents who are on travel and will maintain your contact information in the event that there is a need to reach you while you are away from home.

One of the most popular benefits to life in Avenel is the lawn care maintenance contract.  Many of our residents boast that since they have lived in Avenel, they have not had a need to own or operate or apply lawn care equipment and/or products.  From mowing and edging, mulching, pruning, turf care, etc., our contracted landscape partner assumes this responsibility, under the oversight of the management team. These services are included in the monthly assessment and provide a wonderful benefit for our residents.

Additionally, residents have the option to request free consultations, proposals for extra landscape services, landscape designs, etc., simply by calling or visiting the Association office.

Additionally, snow removal services in Avenel are first rate.  When inclement winter weather coats our streets and walkways, you will find our contractors on site, assuring safe passage for our residents.  Avenel is a beautiful winter wonderland in the snow, drawing out walkers to take in the serenity of our snow-covered community.
