TESTIMONIALS

“Moving to Avenel about 20 years ago was the culmination of a dream for us.  Having lived in different cities, and different locations in the Washington, D.C. area, we finally found a community that exceeded our expectations.  Not only are the Avenel villages all beautiful in their own way, but so many are connected by beautifully-landscaped walking paths.  It’s no wonder that we have easily made so many friends among our neighbors and are now seeing more young families arriving and enjoying the full range of activities available.”

Diane and John Murphy @Prescott

“We moved into Avenel in July 2021 and knew immediately we had found the perfect neighborhood. The community is filled with friendly and welcoming neighbors, and we love all the amenities Avenel has to offer. We have taken full advantage of the pool and tennis facilities and recently joined a pickleball group. We are members of TPC Potomac and love the convenience of having our golf club right around the corner. We love our new home in Avenel!”

Chris and Sheila Menconi @Willow Gate

“Avenel’s tree-lined winding streets, golf course views and tasteful architecture provide a sense of quiet elegance and welcoming atmosphere.  It ranks among the most attractive communities in the National Capitol area, if not throughout the entire mid-Atlantic region.”

Joe Reiss @Prescott

“When we moved to Avenel in late 2020, we learned that we had to seek approval from HOA for changes we need to make on our new home. We didn’t know how to get started on replacing our roof and updating our landscaping among others. The guidance and support we got from Colby, Jenna, Tom and Karen eased up the process we thought could be difficult. Their kind and professional approach is very much appreciated.

Overall, we love living in Avenel as our neighbors made us feel welcome and part of the community.”
